Casa das Marés 2 is located in Baleal, a small island located north of Peniche
Separated from the mainland by a tombola, forming a beach of fine white sand.
In continuation of the inlet are also of the islet Pigeons Away.
The Baleal inherited the name of the function that these rocks played in the past the place of whaling.
Among the points of interest stand out around the city of Peniche, with a coast formed by imposing cliffs and beautiful beaches (suitable for the practice of various waters sports and aquatic) and which today is still one of the main ports of fishing in the country.

- Follow the A8 to Caldas da Rainha until you arrive to the IP6.
- Then follow the IP6 directly to Peniche.
- Arrived to Peniche follow to Baleal.
From the North
- Follow the A1, until Leiria.
- In Leiria take the A8 and follow the direction to Obidos until you arrive to the IP6. Then follow the IP6 directly to Peniche.
- Arrived to Peniche follow to Baleal.
